Postage and Packaging:

LOCAL DELIVERY - free

And.TheLabel is based in Hull, therefore if you are a local customer living within the postal codes of HU10, HU5 & HU4, I will deliver myself for free. This will reduce shipping times, Please use the code ‘HULOCAL’ when checking out to reduce to rate of shipping.

UK&Northern Ireland:

All purchases made will be shipped via Royal Mail Signed for. (Only available in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.)

Orders under £65 - £4.99

Orders over £65 - FREE (when you enter code FREE65)

Express Delivery - £7.99

We do also offer an Express Delivery option, for those who may have left their shopping until last minute! This is £7.99 and will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days, just select the option at checkout.

Whilst all orders are handmade to order and we aim to send them out within 5 days of receiving your order, there are times for example when we are waiting for supplies, therefore please allow 10-14 working days to receive your package. Across bank holidays and festive periods allow a few more days also. Any inquires or concerns please do not hesitate to contact via email or on social media.

For Overseas:

We offer postage to the following overseas countries: , Australia, Canada, United States, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Croatia, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Jersey, Isle of Man, Iceland, Gibraltar.

Please allow 14 -20 working days to receive your package. This is due to the delivery times once we have shipped the item. All parcels will be sent tracked/ signed for via Royal Mail.

Overseas & International postage - £15

Please note we are not responsible for any extra import/customs charges you may incur whilst receiving your parcel.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

And. does accept returns and exchanges (UK only) on the basis the products are in the same condition they were received. ( i.e. all labels and stickers still in tact, no marks or stains etc.) returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your items, and sent back within 14 days of receiving your items.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email: and.swiminfo@gmail.com stating your name, order number and reason for exchange or return. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible to accommodate your requests. Whilst And. do offer returns, we do not offer free returns therefore to send your parcel back the postage will have to be paid by the buyer and will not be reimbursed by us. Please note, it is advised to return your item with signed for postage or tracked to avoid any parcels going missing, as this is held responsible by the sender.

Please allow a further 10 working days for refunds and exchanges to be made, and payments to be received.
